Celebrating Success 2024 Business Video Production Raffle - Official Rules

Eligibility:
- Open to attendees of the Celebrating Success 2024 gala who are business owners or represent a business located in the Austin Metro area.
- Employees, immediate family members, and household members of Reycast Media LLC and EGBI are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
- Visit the Reycast Media booth during the Celebrating Success 2024 gala and complete the official entry form.
- Follow Reycast Media on at least one of the following social media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook.
Prize:
- One (1) winner will receive a free 30-second business video production package valued at approximately $600 to $800.
- The package includes:
- Pre-production meeting
- Production scheduling meeting
- Production shoot at one location in the Austin Metro area
- Editing (Video and Sound)
- Final delivery in one desired format (additional formats may incur a fee)
Prize Conditions:
- The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, except for additional production requests directly related to the shoot, which will be charged at regular rates.
- The production shoot must take place between November 1st and November 30th, 2024.
- The final video will be delivered within two weeks of the scheduled shoot date.
- The winner must provide all necessary assets on the production shoot date.
- The shoot does not include drone footage. Drone footage will be charged at regular rates. Flights are subject to FAA regulations depending on location and/or time, with minimum weather requirements.
Winner Selection and Notification:
- The raffle will be conducted one week after the Celebrating Success 2024 gala at the EGBI offices during a Facebook live from Reycast Media's business profile page.
- EGBI team members will serve as witnesses to ensure fairness and transparency.
- To be eligible to win, entrants must have completed both steps of the entry process:
- Submitted the entry form at the Reycast Media booth.
- Followed Reycast Media on at least one of the specified social media platforms at the time of the raffle.
- The winner will be notified via email and/or phone number provided on the entry form.
- If Reycast Media is unable to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time frame or if the potential winner is ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the first runner-up announced during the raffle.
- If a similar situation occurs with the first runner-up, Reycast Media reserves the right to cancel the raffle at its discretion.
Additional Terms:
- By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Reycast Media LLC, which are final and binding in all respects.
- Reycast Media LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time for any reason.
